Early career

Venture for Africa Fellowship

The Fellowship is for early-career people and career pivoters ready to learn through contribution. Fellows join live projects, work to a deadline and receive feedback from VFA leads.

Selection starts with a short audition on VettedAI. Rolling admissions; cohorts are small. Phase 1 is output-based, and not everyone moves to Phase 2.

Mid and senior career

Career Design Lab and Co-Pilot

If you have experience but are unsure where to take it, Career Design Lab gives you space to choose a direction and explain your work well. When you know what you want to pursue, Co-Pilot helps you find suitable roles and prepare applications with a human coach.
